30-Day Intensive Workshop Modules:
Week 1: Fundamentals of Elevator Mechanics, PPE safety, pit access rules, template creation from engineering layout drawings.
Week 2: Guide rail bracket erection, plumb line alignment, fishplate bolting, and rail misalignment checking via DBG measurement calipers.
Week 3: Car frame assembly, safety plank installation, guide shoe positioning, door operator setup, and landing door frame alignment.
Week 4: Hoisting motor seating, rope socketing, ARD integration, wiring loop continuity, and pre-commissioning safety checks.
Students undergo rigorous practical site exposure followed by company deployment across metro cities in India. Upon completing 6 months of work experience with the deployed firm, candidates become eligible for international overseas interview boards across Europe and the Middle East with starting packages from ₹50,000+ per month.
