BSVT's premier flagship diploma program offers a comprehensive blend of classroom engineering principles and intensive hands-on workshop training at our specialized Bangalore facility. Followed by a mandatory 3-month paid internship with our partner multinational elevator corporations. Students acquire mastery in elevator mechanical assembly, microcontroller wiring, drive systems, safety code compliance, and modern installation procedures.
ITI (Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, Electronics), 12th Pass / PUC-2, or Diploma / Degree holders in any technical stream. Age: 18 to 30 years.
Mechanical Systems: Traction vs Hydraulic machines, MRL systems, car frames, counterweight balancing, guide rail alignment according to DBG standards, buffer systems and pit mechanisms.
Electrical & Control Systems: Three-phase elevator power circuits, microprocessor control panels, logic boards, door sensors, limit switches, VVVF inverter drives, and wiring harnesses.
Emergency & Safety Devices: Automatic Rescue Device (ARD), UPS battery backups, overspeed governors, safety gear clamping mechanisms, hoistway door interlocks.
Hands-On Site Procedures: Template fabrication from drawings, hoistway plumbing lines, landing door alignment, car assembly, bracket fixing, and pit clearance verification.
Testing & Commissioning: Dynamic load testing, safety trip calibration, ride quality inspection, leveling accuracy, and handover documentation.
Professional & Soft Skills: Client communication, site safety protocols (PPE), report logging, maintenance auditing, and multinational interview preparation.
Students undergo rigorous practical site exposure followed by company deployment across metro cities in India. Upon completing 6 months of work experience with the deployed firm, candidates become eligible for international overseas interview boards across Europe and the Middle East with starting packages from βΉ50,000+ per month.
